TEDxHoboken invites Stevens undergraduate and graduate students to participate in the first-ever TEDxHoboken event taking place on June 28th 2013.
Accepting Pitches January 1 – February 21.
TED is a nonprofit devoted to Ideas Worth Spreading. It started out (in 1984) as a conference bringing together people from three worlds: Technology, Entertainment, Design. Since then its scope has become ever broader.
We believe passionately in the power of ideas to change attitudes, lives and ultimately, the world. TEDxHoboken is an independently organized TED event celebrating the 2013 theme “INFINITE HORIZONS”. This is your chance to offer free knowledge and inspiration towards a community of curious souls.
PITCH YOURSELF: If you’re a Stevens student, if you have an IDEA WORTH SPREADING, if you’re interested in giving one of the most powerful speeches of your career thus far, and are available to speak on June 28th 2013, we invite you to participate below. A winner will be announced by early March 2013.
